湖北武漢72歲的王爺爺（化名）與68歲的李婆婆（化名），結婚40多年。去年8月16日深夜，李婆婆意外發現老伴竟在家中偷看色情光碟。婆婆頓時怒不可遏，痛罵王爺爺是流氓、老不正經，並勒令交出光碟。爹爹則辯解說，光碟是租來的，事先並不曉得內容。

數周後，婆婆發現老伴故態復萌，要沒收色情光碟，但王爺爺竟揮拳將她打倒在地。李婆婆認為：「我身體不好，他看黃碟是思想不健康，也是對我的侮辱」。一氣之下，從去年10月起搬到兒子家住，兩老開始分居。

今年1月，李婆婆向法院提起訴訟要求離婚，並將王爺爺看色情光碟，作為第一條理由寫進訴狀，又指老伴大男人主義、性格暴躁，常為瑣事打她。兩個與父親關係淡薄的兒子，均出庭指證父親的不是。

李婆婆堅決要離婚，王爺爺先不同意，但及後同意離婚。法官在前日再調解無效後，同意兩人離婚：王爺爺現居住的二室一廳住宅歸李婆婆所有，但王爺爺擁有永久居住權。

武漢大學心理學專家戴正清表示，王李二人晚年離婚關鍵，是感情基礎問題。從生理層面看，七、八旬老翁有生理需求並不奇怪，或是年輕時沒有實現事業或人生目標，以此來證明自己仍有生命活力，亦是一種人生價值、個性的正常體現。
